For our customers located in Thailand, we have a dedicated local stockist to serve you better. You can browse and purchase our collection directly through Maison Doxie Thailand.

3. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification email once your order has despatched.

4. Shipping Rates (Australia & New Zealand)

  • Australia Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days.
  • Australia Express Shipping: Estimated 1–3 business days.
  • New Zealand Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD.

5. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has despatched, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier’s system.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (New Zealand)

Maison Doxie is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
